Financial planning for franchise owners and operators.

Elevate your financial future.

About Us

Learn more about Olive Harbor

At Olive Harbor, we care about your future. Too often, a narrow focused and transactional approach fails to address the key issues of a franchise owner operator. We know there is a 100 percent certainty that one day you will turn in your keys, and most operators fail to plan for this big life event. Olive Harbor exists to help you reduce the high stress and anxiety that comes with the inevitable decision to someday move forward.

We do this by protecting your biggest assets, such as your team members and cash flow. We help support the growth of your store so you can maintain time away and still retain key team members. All of this leads to increased revenue and efficient financial planning so you can turn in your keys with enough assets for your family to lead a good life, for the rest of your life.

SERVICES

Planning, Consulting, and Strategizing for Restaurant Owners and Operators

01

Financial Planning for Owners and Operators

Olive Harbor specializes in guiding operators through the development and execution of exit strategies. We oversee cash flow strategies, implementing investment plans and mitigating risks related to lawsuits, death, and disability to help you prepare for the day you turn in your keys.

02

Business Consulting

As a single member LLC, all income flows to you personally. As much as you want the business finances separate from your personal, it's all connected. We help you maximize fee calculation reports (FCR) and additional FCR expenses (AFE), which can optimize your family's financial planning goals.

03

Team Member Retention Strategies

As an operator, your team members are your most important asset. We establish retention strategies in order to have a meaningful impact on your team member's lives, while also helping you, the operator, maintain profits and take time away when necessary, both physically and mentally.

04

Payroll Integrated 401k

VendorBridge seamlessly integrates with your payroll to make 401k as simple as possible. By utilizing a MEAP 401k strategy, all participating operators incur lower fees while still maintaining the individualized planning for any 401k that suits your needs and meets your goals.

05

Team Member Financial Acumen

Team members often have questions about financial topics ranging from savings accounts, cash flow planning, mortgages, credit cards, investing, 401k's, social security planning, and more. Studies show that employee retention is higher when financial education is a company benefit. Olive Harbor is here to assist you in answering these questions for your team.
